Responsible for operational and commercial performance of 46 Food & Beverage units across the UAE & Kuwait generating 27M. GBP annual revenue with 400 plus employees within my remit. I manage 5 international brands including Caffè Nero, Magnolia Bakery, Ocean Basket, More Cafe, Emporio Armani Caffè. I also manage Bloomingdale's concepts for department stores amd our home grown brands. For store development I take an active role in site acquisition and store development of all new units. I lead the development of the online business stream through aggregators and in house platforms achieving 12% representation of total division sales and over 40% within one brand
People wise, between my team and myself manage a division wide leadership succession & development plan which has an internal promotion rate of 75%. I also take an operational part in the development of food program and commercial strategy for all campaigns and product launches.

Recent Achievements included set up and launch of all online platforms including logistics supporting non 3rd party online, Project managed POS upgrade to Simphony for all business units in 2021, Launched Rewards and loyalty program, Amber into all Hospitality stores, Franchisee of the year : Magnolia Bakery, Multiple Accolades for best restaurant, bar menu and best bakery International barista of the year 2017 & 2019, Magnolia Bakery has 2 out of the top 3 bakeries on Trip Advisor for the past 5 years, opened over 50 units and launched multiple brands, achieved and manage a well developed coffee and maestro program for all Caffè Nero stores and restaurants leading to market leading coffee and individual barista champions, both national and international
