Our Story


Recruitment Evangelists was recently founded by Graham Townley in 2020. Graham worked in hospitality operations for more than 15 years before moving into recruitment. For the last seven years, Graham has worked with many industry-leading companies successfully introducing hundreds of the best and talented individuals in the industry into these companies.

Graham quickly realised that there was a particular need to help hotels and restaurants find the best talent in the industry with a uniquely tailored approach to every company and every role, and Recruitment Evangelists was born.

Graham is a member of the CIPD community, currently studying HR Level 5 in which he can offer a more personal and professional service to clients and candidates with the best HR practice at the heart of every conversation and decision.

Recruitment Evangelist’s foundation is built on putting people first, offering a full-service recruiting agency for executive, human resources and hospitality.
